At four years old, Hanna was diagnosed with a rare heart condition that would define the next decade of her life. She experienced multiple heart attacks, long hospital stays, and constant uncertainty about whether her heart would simply race out of control. There was no stability. No guarantee. Just the reality that everything could change in an instant.
That experience shaped her understanding of leadership in a way no MBA ever could.
She learned that when the future is not guaranteed, you either collapse into fear or you choose to show up with intention, love, and clarity.
Her turning point came through an experimental heart ablation procedure. She was the first child to undergo it. Doctors were racing against time, hoping technology would advance quickly enough to keep her alive. It worked.
But the deeper impact was not just physical.
It taught Hanna that leadership is not about control.
It is about alignment.

Aligning care for people with the discipline to build systems that last.
Today, Hanna works with leaders around the world through her Heartonomics framework and as part of the John Maxwell leadership network. Her philosophy is simple and radical.

She pushes leaders to stop treating people as resources and start treating them as humans. To stop cutting corners in the name of speed. To build cultures that can endure uncertainty instead of being destroyed by it.

Hanna does not talk about resilience because it is fashionable. She lives it because she had no other choice.
