Mark’s background is finance-first. He was named the number one CPA in Australia in 2006, won an American Express International Award for Business Strategy and Leadership that same year, and built his early career inside Elders, one of Australia’s largest agribusinesses, managing large-scale commercial portfolios and strategic analytics at a national level.
That operator background, grounded in numbers and accountability, shapes everything about how he approaches business growth today. When he co-founded Magnetic Alliance with Jack Gleeson in 2011, the model was different from what it has become.
